María Dolores Gómez Navarro, known as Yuda, studied Visual Arts at the University of Guanajuato. Her figurative work explores social themes, identity, and the female body through large-format painting. She has collaborated with the National Museum of Mexican Art in Chicago, the Jordan Schnitzer Museum in Oregon, the International Red Cross, and the Secretariats of Culture of Jalisco, Querétaro, and Puebla. First place winner at the Encuentro Femenil de Arte Urbano in Acapulco in 2020.
Her 4×4 meter mural is the centerpiece of Terremoto in Casa XHU — the back space of the gallery in the Historic Center of Oaxaca.
